Five star Hotels may employ hundreds of workers and under the mangers assigned among departments responsible for various aspect of operations. The role of General Manager plays an important role in a hotel with the suggestions established by the owners of the hotels the General Manager sets room rates, approves expenditure, set norms of service to guest and banquet operation. Assistant Managers ensure that the day-to-day operations of their departments meet the General Manager's standards. |
